TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Terms
All prices listed in Australian dollars.
Prices subject to change on any unsecured order.
We reserve the right to revise pricing should the AUD$/USD$ exchange rate vary more than 5%.

Freight
All prices exclude freight.

Method of Payment
Credit card: Mastercard or Visa

Service Level and Supply
All goods will be shipped via Australia Post. It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure all correct postal details are given. All undeliverable, refused or unclaimed shipments will be refunded for the merchandise amount after we have received the returned shipment, however you will be charged for freight.
Orders will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery Australia wide and 21 business days for international (we cannot advise exact delivery time).
Please note we do not take responsibility if the goods are held up by customs and it is your responsibility to contact any customs services in relation to your order. We appreciate your patience.
Order cancellations must be advised in writing within 24 hours of the order being placed.
If cancellation is received after the goods have been dispatched you will be charged 10% surcharge (of total order amount).

Export orders
Postal charges do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated from. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any correspondence with, Australian Customs Services, or other Customs Services, is the responsibility of the customer. For information about duties and taxes please contact your local customs office or Australia Post.

Order tracking
You can track the status of your order on line using your customer order ID.

Delay
Tuk-Tuk 100% Horse shall not be liable for failure to deliver the Goods or for any delay in delivery of the Goods where such failure or delay is occasioned by causes beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can send items back to us within 14 days of your original delivery, for an exchange or full refund (excluding P+P).

Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. We reserve the right to recover any costs charged to us on the return of the item/s.
We reserve the right to charge the purchaser via their nominated credit card with delivery costs for variations on orders and exchanged clothing sent to the purchaser after the initial order.

All items sent back to us must be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION i.e. NOT WORN, ALTERED or WASHED, and must be in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Please call us on + 61 (03) 9735 5999 for a Return Authorisation Number before returning any goods.

Please allow 10 days from date of posting for goods to be refunded. Exchanges will be dealt with as soon as we receive your returned goods. Alternatives can be exchanged according to our stock. If we do not have the requested replacement you will receive a refund.

Faulty goods
In the rare and unfortunate event of your item being faulty, please accept our apologies and contact us to discuss your options.

Risk
The goods are manufactured and pre-tested to meet the specifications and in accordance with the company QA procedures.
All care is taken to minimise the risk of damage, loss or deterioration during transport and storage at the time of dispatch.
Risk of any loss, damage or deterioration of or to the Goods during transport shall be borne by the buyer.

Ownership
Ownership shall pass to the Buyer when the goods have been dispatched to the Buyer.
